Notes: Act 20 "Nemesis" (part 1) is where Chibi Usa becomes Black Lady, so Acts 21 "Nemesis" (part 2) and 22 "Black Lady" are very full of her. There is some seriously beautiful artwork in this volume, especially concerning Black Lady. Artwork has been cleaned up, and most text removed.
